GREEN FETTUCINI WITH WHITE CLAM
SAUCE
 
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. butter
2 (7 1/2 oz. each) cans minced clams, reserving liquid from one can
1 tbsp. parsley
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. light cream
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. green fettucini, cooked and drained

Saute garlic in butter until tender, about 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients except noodles. Cook over low heat 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over noodles. Serves 4-5.
