HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked, cubed chicken
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayo
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 jar chopped pimiento
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. chopped celery

Mix above ingredients together and place in 9"x13" pan. Spread 4 sliced hard boiled eggs over top. Spread 1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips over top. Spread 1 cup grated cheese over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
