3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box butter cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice

Mix together and bake in three 9 inch pans or a 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Combine all ingredients, spread on cake. Garnish with orange slices and pecans. Refrigerate.
