SPICY STEAK 
1 beef top round steak, cut 1 inch thick, about 1 lb.
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. crushed soda crackers
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cracked pepper
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Preheat broiler. Broil steak on rack in broiling pan 10 minutes for rare or until of desired doneness, turning steak once.

Meanwhile, in small bowl with fork, mix mayonnaise, crackers, horseradish, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon parsley until blended. When steak is done, spread mayonnaise mixture over top of steak; broil 2 minutes longer or until topping is hot and bubbly.

Before serving, sprinkle steak with remaining parsley. To serve, slice steak into thin slices. Serves 4.
