BROWNIES 
1 c. butter
4 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract

Mix all ingredients by hand. Grease bottom and sides of 9x13 inch cake pan and flour bottom only. Spread mixture in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Don't overbake. Yield: 24 brownies.
