SEAFOOD ROLLUPS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. imitation crab flakes
1 c. ricotta cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. onion powder
6 lasagna noodles
1 (15 oz.) can Italian style tomato sauce

Cook noodles. Rinse in cold water, drain well. Combine rest of ingredients except tomato sauce for filling ingredients with a fork; mix well. Spread 1/3 cup filling on each noodle. Roll tightly. Place seam side down in 9 inch square baking dish. Pour sauce over. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
