SKILLET SUPPER | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1 small onion 1 small chopped bell pepper 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 8 oz. egg noodles 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated Cook noodles according to package directions. Set aside. Heat skillet to 350°F. Add ground beef, onion and pepper. Cook until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain well. Spread meat and vegetables mixture evenly in skillet. Place cooked noodles in center. Spoon tomato sauce and grated cheese on top of mixture. Serves 4 to 6. |
