CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COCONUT
COOKIES
 
Melt 1 1/4 sticks butter in saucepan. Add 2 cups sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 cup milk. Stir. Bring mixture to boil. Cover with lid and boil for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Take off heat and add 2-3 tablespoons peanut butter and 1 1/2 cups oats and 1 1/2 cups coconut. Drop on tin foil and let cool.
