STEAK AND POTATOES 
1 round steak
2 tbsp. Crisco
Salt & pepper
3 or 4 med. potatoes
1 med. onion, chopped

Cut steak into serving pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour. Brown in fat. Alternate layers of steak, potatoes and onions in covered casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
