SCALLOPED CABBAGE 
1 med. head cabbage
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 lb. Longhorn cheese, shredded

Cook cabbage in quarters until tender. Combine soup and cheese until melted. Put cabbage in 2-quart casserole dish. Pour cheese sauce over cabbage and mix well. Top with cracker crumbs and a little shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
