RAMEN SLAW 
1 pkg. shredded cole slaw with carrots
2 pkgs. beef Ramen noodles, crushed & uncooked
1 c. salted sunflower kernels
1 c. slivered almonds
1 onion, chopped
3/4 c. oil
1/3 c. white wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 pkgs. seasoning from beef Ramen noodles

In large bowl mix slaw, noodles, kernels, almonds and onion. Set aside. In small bowl mix oil, vinegar, sugar and seasoning. Stir until dissolved. Pour over slaw mixture and stir. Refrigerate with lid. Stir at least 4 times before serving. Better when made the night before.
