1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can tiny shrimp cocktail sauce

Soften cream cheese. Mix with shredded cheese and shrimp. Form into a ball or log and refrigerate. To serve, cover with cocktail sauce. Surround with crackers.
