“TWO-TONE TRUFFLES” IS IN:

TWO-TONE TRUFFLES 
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 egg white
1 tbsp. rum extract
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. butter

Combine nuts, sugar, egg white and rum. Mix and spread in buttered, waxed paper-lined pan.

Melt chocolate; stir in milk and butter. Cook until thick, approximately 5 minutes.

Pour over nut mixture in pan. Cut into squares when firm.

Wrap individually in cellophane, if stored.
