PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix above together with hands and press in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Watch carefully until just light brown, or it will be too hard when it gets cold.

PUDDING:

Mix 8 ounces cream cheese in 1 cup sugar and set aside. Take 1 can crushed pineapple, drain juice in pan, heat and add 1 large box (6 ounce) lime or orange Jell-O. Let cool, but not set. Then whip 1 cup cream and fold into cream cheese mixture. Mix everything together (cream cheese, pineapple, Jell-O and cream). You may add Cool Whip instead of cream. Pour over baked crumbs. Chill.
