2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. diced apples
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix sugar and oil. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add 1/4 orange juice, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt, beating until smooth. Add apples, pecans and coconut. Pour into well greased tube pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. While cake is baking mix 1/2 cup orange juice and 2 cups confectioners' sugar. When cake is done pour mixture over cake while still in tube pan.
