IRISH SODA BREAD | |
3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 c. raisins 2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter 3/4 c. buttermilk In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt and baking soda; stir in raisins. Mix eggs, sugar and butter; add to dry mixture. Slowly add buttermilk. Place in greased cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; 320 degrees for 1/2 hour. |
