TURKEY LASAGNA 
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
4-5 c. cubed cooked turkey
4 c. chopped cooked broccoli florets
4-5 c. onion or white

SAUCE:

4-5 c. shredded string cheese
1 sm. jar favorite spaghetti sauce
2 c. Ricotta cheese or 2 c. blended cottage cheese, slightly thinned with milk

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside in bowl of cold water to prevent sticking. Oil baking dish (9 x 13) or spray with Pam and cover bottom of dish with 1 layer of noodles, sprinkle with a third of broccoli; then 1/3 of turkey, more sauce and spread shredded cheese over all. Top again with noodles and repeat layers as at first, until full. In last layer, on top, spoon over all the Ricotta cheese; top with noodles, pour spaghetti sauce over top and sprinkle again with shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until bubbly. Remove from oven and let cool for 15-20 minutes before cut and serving. Great with salad and crusty French bread.
