RICE PILAF 
1 1/2 c. rice (not minute)
1/8 lb. butter
3/4 tsp. salt
1 can beef consomme
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 soup can water

1. Simmer onions and mushrooms with oregano in butter.

2. Combine all ingredients in greased covered casserole and bake at 350 degrees until rice is tender.
