QUICK CARROT CAKE | |
2 c. regular flour 2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. cooking oil 4 eggs 1 (7 1/2 oz.) Junior carrots 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. vanilla Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Bake in 13x9 pan (greased and floured) about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. CREAM CHEESE ICING: 2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. butter 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 tbsp. milk 2 tsp. vanilla Mix together. Beat until fluffy. Cool cake thoroughly before icing. |
