GREEN BEANS WITH SOUR CREAM | |
1 1/2 lb. green bean 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. salt Chopped parsley Trim the beans and cook in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and keep warm. Saute the mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes. Add sour cream and salt. Put beans on dish and pour the mushrooms and sour cream over them. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serves 6. |
