CORN PUDDING | |
1 (No. 2) can creamed corn 2 tbsp. tapioca 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 c. melted butter 3 eggs 1/3 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. coarse crackers Sprinkle tapioca over corn. Combine baking powder, flour, sugar, add to corn mixture. Fold in eggs, add butter and crackers crumbs. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. |
