STROMBOLI 
1 lb. pizza dough
1/4 lb. slicing pepperoni (thin)
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated

FOR 4 STROMBOLIS:

4 (1 lb.) pizza doughs
1 lb. slicing pepperoni (thin)
4 eggs
2 to 3 (16 oz.) pkgs. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Roll out dough in circle (thin). Beat egg and baste dough. Sprinkle with oregano. Cover with pepperoni, cover with cheese. Roll up like a jelly roll, close ends. Baste again with egg. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown. I usually make 4 at a time. Wrap in Reynolds and freeze the extras. Just reheat when ready to use.
