BEET JELLY 
10 tbsp. lemon juice - 1/2 c.
2 pkgs. Sure Jell
2 sm. pkgs. raspberry or strawberry Jello
8 c. sugar
6 c. beet juice

Blend beet juice, lemon juice, Sure Jell and Jello. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add sugar and boil for 6 minutes at a good rolling boil. Pour in jelly glasses, seal.
