IRISH CREAM PIE 
Crust:

24 to 30 Oreo cookies
5 tbsp. butter (not butter or vegetable spread)

Bake 5 minutes at 400°F. Cool.

Filling:

1 pkg. unflavored gelatin, dissolve as directed
1/2 c. Irish cream
2 c. whipping cream
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. sugar

Chill beaters and bowl. Add unflavored gelatin to whipping cream and beat to soft peaks. Add Irish cream and 4 tablespoons of sugar and beat stiff. Add 4 tablespoons of sugar. Pour into pie crust.
