EGGS ALA GOLDENROD 
6 eggs
6 pieces of toast
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
Chives or parsley

Hard cook eggs, cool and peel.

Toast and butter bread.

Make white sauce of melted butter, flour and milk. Add cheese and seasonings. When sauce is thick and hot, put pieces of toast on plate. Pour sauce on each serving. Slice eggs over cheese. Use chives or parsley for garnish if desired.
