LAYERED SALAD 
3/4 head Romaine lettuce
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen petite peas, uncooked
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

Chop Romaine into bite size pieces and place in deep salad bowl. Add each of the next ingredients in layers. Cover with saran and let set in refrigerator overnight.
