PORK CHOPS WITH HERBS 
4 pork chops
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. dill
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown pork chops in 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil. Place in baking dish. Fry chopped onions, place over chops. Sprinkle chops with herbs. Add 1 cup water to frying pan, scrape bottom and pour into baking dish with chops. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
