NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. instant nonfat dry milk powder
1 tbsp. honey
Peanuts or chocolate chips, optional

Put 1/2 cup peanut butter into a medium mixing bowl. Add instant nonfat dry milk powder. Stir well. Add honey and stir. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes. Take a handful of the dough and roll it into a ball. Add chocolate chips or peanuts to the dough if desired. Roll into balls. Refrigerate any that aren't eaten.
