HOLIDAY TREE BREAD 
4 c. flour
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 cake yeast
2 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
3 shredded apples
Cinnamon and raisins

Mix all but last 3 ingredients together. Place in oiled bowl to rise for 1 hour. Punch down; cut into 3 pieces. Roll each piece 1/2-inch thick. Sprinkle with raisins and cinnamon. Add shredded apples evenly, and roll into loaf.

Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 3 rolls.
