1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 stick butter 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature, multi colored marshmallows 1/2 c. chopped nuts Melt chocolate chips and butter. Let cool. Add marshmallows and nuts. Sprinkle a piece of wax paper with confectioners' sugar. Roll chocolate on the sugar coated wax paper shaping it into a log. (Makes 4 or 5). Wrap well and freeze. When ready to use, slice about 1/4 inch thick. |
