FONDUE 
5 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
3 c. powdered sugar
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Stir in sugar alternately with milk. Bring to a boil and cook until thick and creamy. Stir in vanilla.

Serve with pineapple chunks, angel food cake squares, strawberries, cherries, banana slices.
