DELISH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 can mushroom soup
Potatoes, sliced

Cook meat and onion until browned and season. Add 1 can mushroom soup; let simmer for a few minutes. Slice potatoes (as needed). (I parboil these.) Layer potatoes and meat mixture in greased casserole, ending with meat. Cover with 1/2 can milk. Bake 1-1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
