1 whole chicken, cut up 1 onion, chopped Marinate in: 1/4 c. vinegar Salt and pepper to taste Hot sauce to taste Marinate for 3 hours. Remove chicken and onions from marinade and fry in hot oil until browned. Then add the marinade into the pan. Simmer five minutes. Serve over white, fluffy rice. |
