FANCY JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. (6 oz.) Jello, any flavor
1 pt. sherbet, flavor similar to Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple and - or mixed fruit or mandarin oranges, whatever you think goes well, or add no fruit

Mix Jello with boiling water and stir until Jello is dissolved. Stir in sherbet until melted; pour into 4 cup mold - chill a while until Jello is "shakey". Add fruit or other ingredients. Return to refrigerator and chill until firm. Garnish with whipped cream or sour cream, if desired.
