SWEET TORTILLA CRISPS 
10 (8 inch) flour tortillas (about 12 1/2 oz.)
Butter-flavored vegetable cooking spray
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly coat a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

2. Stack tortillas and cut in 8 wedges. Arrange in a single layer on prepared cookie sheet. Lightly spray tops with cooking spray.

3. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over tortillas.

4. Bake 9 to 11 minutes until golden and crisp. Slide onto a wire rack and cool completely before storing. These crisp snacks are great with ice cream, a cup of coffee or all by themselves.
