FUDGE NUT BARS 
1 c. butter
2 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. quick rolled oatmeal

FILLING:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 can Borden's sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

In a saucepan over boiling water, melt chocolate chips, milk, butter and salt. Stir until melted. Stir in nuts and vanilla.

Mix bar ingredients and spread 3/4 of oatmeal mixture in bottom of greased 9"x13" pan. Cover with chocolate filling. Dot with remaining oatmeal mixture. Pat down or swirl. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
