FROZEN GAZPACHO 
3 med. tomatoes, peeled and seeded
1 sm. onion, cut up
1 sm. red pepper, cut up
1 sm. garlic clove
1 c. tomato juice
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. Tabasco

At high speed, blend all ingredients until pureed. Pour into a 9x9 inch metal pan. Cover and freeze about 2 hours - frozen but still soft. Stir occasionally. Spoon into blender. Cover and blend until smooth and slushy. Serve at once with cucumber spears for garnish. May also garnish with chopped parsley and chopped chives or green onion. 4 servings.

To prepare ahead: Freeze. Thaw 45 minutes before serving, then blend as above.
