COCKTAIL MEAT BALLS 
2 lbs. lean ground chuck
1 grated onion
1 grated lg. potato
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove minced garlic

SAUCE:

1 bottle chili sauce
1 c. water
1 sm. jar grape jelly

Combine meat, onion, potato, egg, salt, pepper and garlic. Shape into small balls (60 to 70).

Combine chili sauce, water and jelly in skillet. Bring to a boil. Add meat balls and simmer, covered, for 1 hour. Serve.
