PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in the water and add sugar to water. Mix all ingredients together. Let rest 5 minutes. Press dough into a greased 13 x 9 pan or cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Top with favorite pizza toppings, return to oven for 5 to 10 more minutes. Note; Also can freeze dough after baked.
