SPINACH PIE 
1 sm. onion
1 clove garlic
1 lg. container lg. curd cottage cheese
2 tbsp. dry dill weed
1 tsp. basil
4 eggs (beat first)
3 pkg. (10 oz.) chopped frozen spinach
2 sticks butter
1 pkg. phyllo dough

Thaw phyllo dough; thaw spinach and squeeze out water.

Melt 1 stick of butter, saute chopped onion and clove of garlic. COOL.

Mix remaining ingredients together and add onion and garlic mixture.

Melt 1 stick of butter; use approximately 10 sheets of phyllo dough on bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan, brushing every other sheet with butter; add entire spinach mixture and top with 1- sheets of dough brushing every other sheet with butter.

Cut into serving pieces BEFORE baking at 350 degrees until golden, approximately 1 hour.
