QUICHE LORRAINE 
5 strips bacon
1 1/2 c. light cream
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. diced ham (more)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper

Fry bacon, crush and put in bottom of unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle cheese and ham. Place cream, spices, eggs in blender, or food processor run at high speed until blended. Pour over bacon. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Remove from oven and let set. 6 servings.
