STRAWBERRY PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Brandy (optional)
3 pts. strawberries
1 cooked pie crust, 9 inch

Mix cream cheese, brandy and sugar in bowl. Spread in bottom of a cooked pie crust (cooled). Fill with strawberries. Pour glaze over the top of berries. Mix as well as possible.

GLAZE:

3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. strawberry Jello
1 c. water
Food coloring (optional)

Mix all ingredients and cook over medium high heat until thick. Cool and pour over berries. You can use the same recipe for blueberries and peaches, just substitute the appropriate Jello.
