DIP BREAD LOAF 
Round sourdough bread loaf (hollowed - save top of loaf)
1-1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1-2 green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
Variations: Shrimp, crab, or spinach

Stir all ingredients together, if using shrimp, crab or spinach. Add at this time. Amount of shrimp, crab or spinach varies according to taste. Put mixture into hollowed out bread, cap with top of loaf and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until all melted together. Toast some small pieces of bread for dipping, or use your favorite cracker or chip.
