HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. lean hamburger
1 med. onion
4 carrots, cleaned and sliced
6 potatoes, cleaned and sliced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Spread raw hamburger over bottom of casserole dish, slice onion and put on top of hamburger. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add sliced carrots, spread cream of mushroom soup over top. Add sliced potatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add other can of cream of mushroom soup. Sprinkle parsley flakes over top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
