CREME DE MENTHE COOKIES 
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey syrup
1/2 c. butter

FILLING:

2 c. 10X sugar
4 tbsp. creme de menthe
1/2 c. butter

FROSTING:

8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Mix base ingredients together. Put in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool completely.

Mix filling mixture with beater, until it reaches frosting consistency. Spread on cooled brownie.

Melt frosting ingredients together and mix well. Spread on top of filling. Refrigerate 10-15 minutes, then keep at room temperature.
