TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, saute and drain
2 pkgs. frozen tater tots
2 pkgs. mixed vegetables, canned or frozen
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk or water
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Line a 9x13 pan with 1 package tater tots. Add ground beef. I slice onion and celery on top of meat. Add vegetables and cheese. Add remaining package of tater tots. Place soups in pan with milk. Heat and pour over the tater tots. Bake 1 hour at 350.
