TURKEY CASSEROLE 
2 c. turkey, cooked and cut in small pieces
1 1/2 c. celery, broccoli, or frozen peas
1 c. grated cheese
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts or slivered almonds
2 c. cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt, if needed
1 tsp. onion salt; optional
1/2 c. chicken broth

Combine in 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

I sometimes add all 3 vegetables; very, very good.
