HEALTH BREAD 
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. molasses
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

Combine ingredients, stir thoroughly. Bake in bread pan - greased at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Test for doneness. Grated orange rind is optional. Bread freezes well and is ideal for breakfast.
