CINNAMON ROLLS
2 1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 pkg. plain yellow cake mix
4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar

Let yeast and water mixture set 5 minutes. Add yellow cake mix to the yeast mixture and beat well. Add flour and salt, mix well. (It will be sticky.) Let it rise until double in size. Punch down and let rise again.

Flour bread board (or cloth) with about 1 cup flour. Knead dough so it won't be quite so sticky. Roll out until about 3/4 inch thick, spread with melted butter. Mix cinnamon and sugars and sprinkle over dough. Roll up dough and cut about 1 inch wide.

Place in greased pan. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes. Makes 24 rolls.
