CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 
4 chicken breasts, cooked, skinned, boned and chopped
1 can bean sprouts
2 c. stock (or broth)
2 tbsp. flour
1 can mushrooms
Soy sauce
1/3 stick butter

Melt butter add 1 small onion, chopped and 2 stalks celery, chopped. Add flour and blend in, adding in chicken stock. Add bean sprouts and mushrooms. Add chicken and soy sauce, cook until right consistency. Season the chicken mixture to taste. Serve on rice or chow mein noodles.
